Bike renovation by Neil Hopkins.
Paintwork and transfers by Atlantic Boulevard of Bury.
Chrome plating by Midas Plating Oldham.
Replacement of rear drop outs, by Bob Jackson of Leeds.
Period wheels supplied by Gerry Shields Bike shop in Failsworth, Manchester.

The restoration was undertaken autumn 2012 using a frame purchased from the famous Ebay site. This site was a good source of parts for the bike. Many of those items purchased were purchased as “New old stock” from the site.
The bike build, I believe is authentic to the 60’s era and would have been the specification for a keen club rider of that time ( although a little too expensive for me as an engineering apprentice at that time).
While the bike is fully built there are still some period parts to be sourced and fitted in the future, 2 x handlebar gear shifters and a gran sport seat pin by Campagnolo and a Cinelli steel handlebar stem.
